Over the past 9+ years, Harry Ife has been a part of the many major residential developments (a few listed below) ensuring that each project achieves final delivery to the customers. He has been involved in the Management of Construction, Health & Safety, Quality & Cost Control and Project Delivery.
These have typically been mid to high-end residential builds (RC Frame, Traditional Build and Timber Frame), High Volume Developments and Affordable Housing. Harry’s experience in construction spans across internal fitouts, facades, and infrastructure.
Verdo - Kew Bridge, Brentford, TW8
Phase 2 Verdo is a residential development which was built using the precast method of building, this comprises of masonry and sandwich facade elements for three tower blocks. These elements arrive complete with aluminium frames, glazing, internal walls, stairs/ landings, and precast slabs. The project consists of 262 residential units.

Block D was a new build residential development that comprises of x5 Tower Blocks; x4 Podium Apartments; x4 Triplex Units. The project consists of 318 residential units.

Ashmere- kent, da9
Ashmere is a residential development in Greenhithe, Kent that includes a mixture of houses and apartments. Ashmere was designed with a modern interpretation of the UK garden city heritage. The project consists of 218 residential units.

rochester riverside school- kent, me1
Rochester Riverside School is a modern build timber frame school that accommodates up to 400 pupils. Its structure is made up of piled foundations that are connected to the lower ground floor reinforced concrete slab, and the structural frame is built using RC Columns from lower ground floor to first floor slab.
The external façade is built using a timber frame panel and gebrik cladding systems, with timber internal partition walls to form the internal construction.
